Units with Clothes Washers will be charged an additional $10.00 each month.
Monthly rates do not include
electricity. It is separate payment to Bluebonnet Park
based on rate per
kilowatt.

reservation
policy
Assignment
of a designated Rental Lot requires a $50.00 deposit. Deposit is held toward last month's rent.
For
two &
three months reservations the balance is to be paid upon arrival.
Area
One can be reserved for (1)
or more months.
Area
Two cannot be reserved for less than three months.
Please
contact the Bluebonnet Park office for inquires regarding
reservations, general information &
site selection.

refund
policy
Refunds
are only for serious illness or death of the immediate party or parties
making reservations if canceled prior to December First. Physician
statement or death certificate will be required. Any refund is subject
to a 15% handling charge.
No refunds will be given after December First.
No refunds or credits will be given on unused rent.

DIRECTIONS TO
bluebonnet PARK
From the
North
using Hwy 77:
Traveling Hwy 77 south, you approach Harlingen, TX, depart Hwy 77 &
merge with Hwy 83 traveling west for approximately 45 miles to the Bentsen Palm
Drive exit just west of Mission, TX. Turn north on Bentsen Palm Drive & at
approximately one mile north, the entrance to Bluebonnet
RV Park will be on your right side.
From the
North
using Hwy 281:
Traveling south on Hwy 281 & approaching McAllen, the McAllen-
Brownsville exit will be apparent. Take the McAllen exit (right hand lane)
& you merge with Hwy 83 traveling west approximately 6-8 miles to the
Bentsen Palm Drive exit just west of Mission, TX. Turn north on Bentsen Palm
Drive & at approximately one mile north, the entrance to Bluebonnet
RV Park will be on your right side.
